Sara was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2018. She is a lawyer, a social-justice advocate, and a single mother.
Sara has spent her career working to make the world a better place, focusing mainly on reproductive rights and civil liberties. After graduating from Princeton University, Sara earned her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
Sara is passionate about reproductive rights, civil rights and civil liberties, supporting our public schools and protecting the environment.
